- Your warranty information and contact details
- Any relevant management company costs and services
- Whether your property is freehold or leasehold
- The planning consent reference number
- Specification of your plot
- Confirmation that the property will meet Building Regs, expected EPC rating and warranty stipulations
- Any drainage or water responsibilities
- An expected completion date
- A plan showing the size and specification of your home
- Who to contact throughout purchase process
