We are incredibly proud to announce that from today (Saturday 7^th January 2023), we are launching our Blue Light Card discount for emergency services, NHS, RNLI, Mountain Rescue and the British Army (past or present) workers.

We are offering a £5,000 discount on any new SB Homes property purchase, including our current site, Hollin Gate in Linthwaite, where we are building 4- and 5-bedroom family homes.

The last three years have been a tumultuous period for many people, especially those in the emergency services, so we want to take the opportunity to give something back.

As a family owned and run company, we are grateful for the support given to us by the emergency services over the last 25 years since we were founded – no matter how big or small the incidence.

More recently, we have experienced utmost care by the doctors and nurses who cared for our beautiful mum/nana, ‘Nana B’ over Christmas, so we are honoured to be able to show our thanks in return.

Our founder, Stephen Byram, said: “We are proud to have built homes for many emergency services workers over the years, including people already living at Hollin Gate. So, we are delighted to be able to support others during the cost-of-living crisis.

“The saving of £5,000 means that house buyers can use that saving to purchase new furniture once they’ve moved in, or to reduce their monthly mortgage payments.”
